Our Customer Success Managers are core to our client-centric business.
They are on the front lines working with clients every day to help them be successful running campaigns on the Sizmek Ad Serving system.
An ideal candidate will embody a customer-first mindset and enjoy building and maintaining relationships.
They will be highly skilled at breaking down complex ideas and process for clients into actionable steps.
The candidate will also enjoy chasing answers, diving deep into troubleshooting, and working with their peers to share solutions and raise the bar for the entire team.

Responsibilities:
Support and manage medium to large customer accounts.
Assist with the support of long tail customers.
Assist with the management of the Zendesk ticketing system.
Mentor, train, and assist with the onboarding of new hires.
Develop positive working relationships with key client and agency stakeholders such as media buyers, planners, and operations teams.
Influence a positive, solutions-based, and results-driven collaborative culture within aligned team.
Participate in customer onboarding, training, industry events, and other working sessions as required.
Assist advertisers and agencies with day-to-day operational processes including training, troubleshooting, and ad hoc support.
Work closely with internal teams to communicate root causes for customer success or failure, and drive requirements for product enhancement and development.
Actively shares knowledge or feedback in global/cross functional forums.
Active lead or participant in internal subject matter expert groups demonstrating high understanding of product capabilities.
Ability to lead or organize an internal project focusing on organizational improvements or career development.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
