As the Special Agent in Charge for the Office of Investigations (OI) King of Prussia Field Office, you will manage and direct the work of professional investigative staff. You will serve as a supervisory criminal investigator and senior expert in all phases of investigative activity. You will monitor, coordinate and evaluate office investigative operations ensuring conformity with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and OI policy. You will also supervise, plan and direct the activities of the Field Office in conducting investigations of wrongdoing by NRC licensees, contractors to licensees, and vendors. Additionally, you will coordinate, monitor and direct task force operations related to counterintelligence activities, antiterrorism activities and law enforcement liaison. In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience in the 1811 occupational series at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Candidates must have successfully completed the Criminal Investigator Training Program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, GA, or have completed an approved equivalent criminal investigator training program in order to be considered for this position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is required in order to qualify for this position. This experience is demonstrated through progressively responsible criminal investigative experience indicating a thorough knowledge of investigative techniques, laws of evidence and rules of criminal procedure. The specialized knowledge is equivalent to that gained by the completion of an undergraduate program leading to a baccalaureate degree supplemented by 10 years of experience as a criminal investigator in a Federal law enforcement agency. Furthermore, you must possess a thorough knowledge of relevant sections of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, as well as those of Title 18 U.S. Code. At least one year of this experience must have been at the next lower grade level or equivalent.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
