WEBSPHERE ADMINISTRATOR - Install, configure, administer, deploy and automate WebSphere application/portal servers in various environments. Prepare system requirement specifications. Perform disaster recovery, data back up and restoration. Configure and implement server system security measures. Prepare functional and design document specifications. Cluster portal server environment, automate application installations and resource configuration. Create packages and deployments, automate administrative tasks, configure data sources, install server patch levels and refresh packs on portal and servers. Monitor and tune application server performance, improve memory leaks, maintain server systems, and provide production support.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, any Engineering or related field plus 6 months experience in systems administration. Demonstrated experience in WebSphere Application Server, Jython, Linux, Solaris is required. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites in U.S. required.
Work Location: King of Prussia, PA and unanticipated client sites in U.S.
