Currently looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst to provide first and second level support to our end users both on-site and remote.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer service with regard to technology questions, support and issues.
Responsible for initial support to end users on all Information Technology related problems
Troubleshoot PC hardware and network connection issues.
Installation and repair of all computers and peripherals.
Provide coverage, routing and first-level response for internal enterprise Service Desk requests. Includes the responsibility to create, assign, close and/or administer Service Desk tickets.
Proficient in supporting/troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows computing environment, including enterprise applications and basic hardware, peripherals, and accessories.
Desired Skills:
Active Directory maintenance (User accounts, password resets, group policies, etc.)
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
PC Hardware/Software troubleshooting
Printer troubleshooting
Network troubleshooting
Customer Service
Education/Certifications:
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
A
certification a plus
At least 2-3 years previous experience in a help desk support or service desk roleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
