The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best talent.
Specific responsibilities for the Senior Recruiter position include:
Creatively source qualified candidates and initiate contacts through networking, cold calling, and following through on leads provided by colleagues
Manage the full recruiting life-cycle (initial interview to onboarding)
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
Build relationships with internal team leaders to understand hiring needs
Partner with technical resources to understand trending and emerging technologies to assist in the recruiting process
Organize and attend recruiting events and team-building activities
Across our company, we look for individuals who are self-starters with a willingness and desire to learn. You must be able to work effectively within a team to solve problems and be able to adapt quickly to our clients' evolving needs.
Specific qualifications for the Senior Recruiter position include:
Prior experience in direct hire; previous technical agency/staffing experience a plus
High level of professionalism and ability to learn
Flexibility, sense of urgency, openness to change, and ability to multi-task are essential
BS/BA degree
Human Resources experience is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
