Segment Marketing Manager
The primary responsibility of this role will be to grow market share within the assigned business segment. Reporting to the Head of Segments and Markets US/CA, this position will work closely with global product teams, global segment teams, and diverse sales channels to achieve sales growth and revenue goals.
The Segment Marketing Manager will develop a deep understanding of the business segment and the competitive landscape, and build effective acquisition and channel strategies to maximize business growth.
Developing new online acquisition models
Developing new commercial and promotional models
Building new channels and improving existing channels to improve acquisition, revenues and life-time value of customers
Managing channel budgets and efficiency to minimize CPAs while growing ARPU and revenues
Launch new products in business segment. Develop go-to-market plans and positioning
Understanding market dynamics and maintaining thought leadership for the segment
Daily performance monitoring and reporting of the business health of the segment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3
years of channel and / or product marketing experience is required.
An MBA is preferred.
Candidates must possess a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals and a track record of successful marketing initiatives.
In addition, strong verbal and written communication as well as analytical skills are required.
Experience with small business marketing is a plus.
The candidate should have outstanding organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work comfortably in a highly matrixed organization.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
