Looking for candidates with banking/teller background for this great opportunity!

Responsible for:
Processing of cash in the form of checks, credit cards and checks by phone, to the bank and to customer's accounts
Inputting billing updates, corrections and adjustments from various source documents such as claim adjustment logs and discrepancy forms
Frequent interpretation of source documents and proper coding into the billing system (accurate billing of customers will depend on the input of this position)
Constant and accurate input and updating of information (this is vital as it directly affects customers billing and financial reporting)
4 year degree preferred in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. HS Graduate or equivalent required.
Also required:
Experience within a successful receivable operation
2-3 year's billing/accounting experience
Excellent computer skills, with a complete understanding of Access, Excel and Word
Financial analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organizational and time management skills
Collections and/or credit and customer service experience preferred
Check processing, A/R experience or Banking background required
Bilingual (Spanish-fluent) a plus! (not required)
Testing:
Alpha Numeric testing - 6,000 GKPH required / 7,000 GKPH preferred
Typing testing - 35 WPM required / 45 WPM preferred
90% preferred on proofing tests (Matching - Alpha Numeric & Office Grammar/Spelling)
MS Word- intermediate level required
MS Excel - intermediate level required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
