Quality Control Team Leader

As a Quality Control Team Leader at Purolite, an Ecolab Company, you will be responsible for the following:
Independent testing of raw material, in-process, finish product and packaging materials testing.
Daily checks: balances, refrigerators, stability chambers.
Physical testing, pH, Conductivity, KF (Karl Fisher), Particle Size, Moisture Analyzer.
Instrument analysis such as GC and HPLC (Gas and Liquid Chromatography).
Review of raw data and analytical test results.
Author and review method validation protocols and other GMP documentation.
Cleanroom gowning.
Independence Level on execute, troubleshoot, train, direct, lead, and motivate QC staff on analytical testing.
Authority to place product on hold for quality deficiencies.
Inventory Management and QC Lab Supply Ordering.
Equipment Calibration/PM Scheduling.
Other duties as per business need.
Qualification: Education/Work
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in science such as Chemistry or related scientific degree.
Minimum four years of Analytical Testing in a GMP laboratory .
Recent experience in GC / HPLC troubleshooting and execution and in documentation associated with Method and Instrumentation Validation.
Experienced in change management, root cause analysis, risk assessment, OOS/OOT investigations.
Proficient in SOP, Protocol, Report authoring, Method validation execution using cGMP/GLP.
Reports to Quality Control Manager.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
