This position is integral to the success of the department and provides support to the sales and operations staff.
This position reports to the King of Prussia office.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for administrative support for the Road Department.
This role has oversight of daily front office administrative operations for this part of the business, monitoring and redirecting incoming inquiries to the department by phone, text and email.
The PA manages the flow and distribution of communications (oral and written), provide staff support for daily routine operations, as well as special programs, meetings, projects and events as needed.
This position supports the general operations and administrative management, including the following:
Sales Receives all incoming invitations to Bid (ITB's) and sends to appropriate estimator; replies to General Contractor regarding our intent to bid Updates bid list and set up entries in SUGAR (CRM system) Creates e-folder for ITB's and bid documents (plans and specs), schedules same in Outlook, complete sheet Assists Road estimators with bid requirements (including pre-qualifications and bid request proposal forms) Assists with Bond applications.
Operations Organizes Road shared project files directory and maintains up to date job folders.
Creates and maintains change order logs.
Processes job Certificates of Insurance (COI's)and Industry Advancement Fund(IAF's)applications Initializes, completes and sends final apprentice application package to union.
Sets up jobs in Spectrum processes invoices and accounts receivable.
Assists with field labor scheduling and forecasting.
Compiles and provides job Close out documents.
Corporate:
Assists with annual insurance audit& purge of COI's Takes responsibility for special projects as requested.
Maintains PE Stamping log.
Creates/maintains insurance e-folders for claims.
Coordinates and handles insurance claims.
Assists with expense reporting and other documentation.
Supports special events and assists with ongoing programs and events sponsored by department.
Qualifications:

S.
Diploma or GED required, (college degree preferred).
Minimum of five years of related work experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to manage a varied workload and ongoing projects.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and PDF Documents.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
