Senior Loom Technician

We have 3x plants around the greater Philadelphia area which we are lookiing to fill newly created positions for.
Our Sr. Loom Technician will be hands on new looms spearheading our industrial & intimate production as a key player of our innovation team running the weaving department. This position provides the opportunity for longevity and stability in our globally supported production through growth, training, and career development offered within the company.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in a wovens manufacturing environment
Knowledge of equipment/tools needed for production, with a natural ability to tackle manufacturing problems
Possesses full knowledge and understanding of process capabilities for the plant.
Excellent customer service and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.e
Ability to interpret specification sheets, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

What will you do?
Act as main loom technician, and back up weaver as needed, operating looms to weave yarn into narrow webbing products and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Capable of analyzing new products for design and manufacturing.
Responsible for meeting production targets and delivery deadlines.
Able to balance quality productivity, cost, and safety to meet departmental goals.
Maintain proper inventory levels.
Prepare/verify quality of products for shipment.
Ensure guidance for daily workflow.
Work closely with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
