Main Line HealthCare is seeking an experienced, skilled and empathetic Women's Emotional Wellness Psychiatrist to join our team and make a positive impact on the emotional well-being of women in our community.As a Women's Emotional Wellness Psychiatrist at Main Line Health you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive psychiatric care to women, addressing a range of emotional and mental health concerns. This position emphasizes the unique challenges and experiences that women may face, and we are looking for a candidate who is committed to understanding and addressing these issues with sensitivity and expertise.Opportunity Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for women, considering the intersectionality of mental health with gender-specific factors. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address emotional wellness. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic and integrated care. Provide psychoeducation and support to individuals and groups, fostering empowerment and resilience. Stay current on research and developments in women's mental health to inform and enhance clinical practice. Medical Director role will be considered for the appropriate candidate
Qualifications:
Medical degree and board certification in psychiatry. State licensure as a psychiatrist. Minimum three years' experience Specialization or significant experience in women's mental health a plus.
