What You'll Do:
Training and development IS will spend 2-4 hour per day working on training and development Micro-skills training for 30/60/90 Hands on field training for JA's Hands on field training for leads Development of training classes Small trainings in L-10 Will use forms to track progress Quality control visits IS will conduct a minimum of 5 QC visits per week and document Audits Start-up sheet audits Final payment form Audits Quarterly conversations Monthly scorecard conversations Install follow up visits Sales debriefs and walk throughs as needed Service debrief forms (install warranty) Coaching and feedback What you'll need to succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent.
7
years experience required.
HVAC training & certifications a plus EPA Certification Clean Driving Record Able to pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur) Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday.
Talk and hear, both in person and by telephone Use hands repetitively to operate computers and standard office equipment.
Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 30 lbs.
Close vision, distance vision Answer the phone with the second ring.
