Associate Director, I&T Product Manager & Project Manager
R-225052 Associate Director, I&T Product Manager for Program and Project Management The Opportunity You will manage the program and project product for I&T, you would be the process owner and work with partners in the Portfolio, Program, and Project Management group, along with other process owners; to ensure the product is meeting expectations of the management and CSL as whole.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align project strategies with our goals and objectives.
This will be done working with portfolio management and our operating model.
Product Management:
Supervise the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of technology solutions as it relates to program and project management.
This includes responsibility for Process Modeling (deliverables, steps, and roles involved), ensuring alignment mapping across I&T, Finance, and business processes.
Partner with Head of Digital I&T Portfolio, Program, and Project Management to develop governance around portfolio management and financial forecasting that is transparent, adaptable, and compliant.
As the main partner to the Program and Project processes, this collaboration is key to a successful ecosystem to ensure the process is designed and updated with a user-centered approach.
Partner with Finance to ensure portfolio planning and financial forecasting methodologies are according to company policies, additionally to promote both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with program and project delivery, developing contingency plans.
Maintain research around portfolio management methodologies, technology, and governance; including implementing the most current industry standards into the framework.
Gather feedback and maintaining backlog of process and governance changes and improvement requests.
Your Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree is needed.

years of experience in leadership 6
years of experience in project and portfolio management Software development experience, including agile development (SAFe certification or experience desired).
Life sciences industry experience or other regulated industry preferred.
Experience in product management, program development, and project management within the Information Technology domain.
Expertise in leading teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
Work with people across a range of countries and cultures.
