Senior Director, Identity and Access Services - Now Hiring

The OpportunityCSL is accelerating its transition from traditional network boundaries to cloud-based services and aiming to update legacy identity and access management (IAM) solutions to ensure cloud-based services in a multi-tenant and dedicated cloud models with identity governance administration (IGA), access controls, and automation, including artificial intelligence.
Reporting into the Vice President of Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk, you will implement the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program and overseeing identity and user access management (IAM/UAM) for CSL.
You will promote Identity trust in cloud-enabled ecosystem while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, managing related risks and security threats, and ensuring business and digital innovation.
You will build an AI-enabled automated, and self-service-driven strategy and related processes to enhance the productivity and user experience of the CSL workforce that aligns with the our goals and digital transformation goals for CSL.
The RoleStrategy and GuidanceDevelop and implement an identity governance and administration strategy that aligns with CSL's goals, compliance requirements, and risk management goals.
This includes defining architecture, policies, and related procedures for managing user identities and access rights across the enterprise.
Establish strategy, architecture, and process for granting, modifying, and revoking user access to different systems, and data resources.
You will oversee user provisioning and deprovisioning, access requests, access reviews, and role-based access controls to ensure quality.
Provide operational oversight over the lifecycle of all user and privileged accounts from provisioning to deletion.
Establish processes for managing the entire lifecycle of user identities within the organization and broader ecosystem.
Develop automated and AI enabled mechanisms to ensure accurate user provisioning and deprovisioning.
Lead a team of identity governance professionals who will implement the IGA strategy and delivering identity services.
Educate and influences business and application owners and other team members to accept, use, and communicate secure IGA practices.
Manage project budgets, business cases, and operational budget for the IGA/UAM services within Cybersecurity, Compliance, and RiskCollaborate with different partners including technology teams, HR, external partners, and others to ensure understanding between identity governance plans.
Technical Expertise; Innovation and User ExperienceExplores, selects, and implements, and provides operational oversight of technology-based tools and methodologies to provide an IGA program including provisioning of users to cloud applications and password reset functionality, user authentication, SSO and authorization supporting federation standards.
Lead responsible for program deliverables under the Seamless Access program that implements security, compliance technology to improve ease of access across enterprise services.
Evaluate complex business, technology risks, and influence of current decisions related to user access, data access, and information security.
Create an AI enabled automation and self-service program for appropriate access processes that improve user experience.
Oversee the development of related training materials and user manuals.
Information Security and ComplianceIdentity access log monitoring and reporting.
Ensure all IGA technology and processes meet CSL security and quality standards, including GxP validation and testing.
Create an access cyber hygiene program, including SSO/multi-factor authentication, privileged access management and external collaboration access.
Work with threat intelligence team to use identity analytics technologies to monitor user activities, detect anomalies, and identify potential security threats or policy violations.
Work with incident response team to respond, understand, and reduce identity and access control related security incidents.
Produce regular reports to assess the effectiveness of identity governance controls and identify areas for improvement.
Service Provider ManagementOversight of Managed Service Provider to ensure service level management metrics for IGA are met.
Your Skills and ExperienceEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent; education preferably concentrated in IT, Engineering or Science; master's degree preferred.
Pharma/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred.
IT Security Industry certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, etc.
) desirable.
ExperienceExperience with identity and access management, with expert knowledge (15
years) in identity governance and administration.
10
years' managerial experience and demonstrated leadership experience.
Experience leading teams through transformational programs for cloud-enabled ecosystems preferred.
Experience working with a managed service provider to improve outsourced IGA services.
IGA domain experience and technical background implementing SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Technologies SSO/MFA, user accounts, security group memberships in Active Directory and Azure Directory.
Experience managing cloud technology deployments and integrations in AWS and Azure.
Demonstrated experience with:
Web services integrations, SSO protocols such as SAML 2.
0, OAuth, OIDC, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and other authentication/authorization protocolsSailPoint IdentityIQ configurations and workflow customizations.
