Reviewing and evaluating applications and resumes; Scheduling and conducting telephone and onsite interviews; Maintaining recruiting records and documentation; Verifying employment references; Managing background checks; Managing multiple requisitions and utilizing reports; Coordinating and assisting with career fairs; Assisting with employee engagement events; Assisting with recruitment efforts in various city and states as needed; Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers; Completing other departmental duties as assigned.
Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or a related field (required); At least one year of recruiting experience (preferred); Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel); Experience with recruiting metrics (preferred); Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred); Excellent time management and organizational skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; Ability to work both independently and with a group; Occasional travel required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
