This position will float between properties as needed.
This position includes a monthly gas allowance.

Responsibilities:
To support/assist in apartment turnovers at various Westover properties when needed.
To perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but, not limited to electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall repair, and HVAC To adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Maintain curb appeal of the property by keeping grounds free of debris and trash.
Run work orders as needed.
Possible on call, not on a set schedule but as a fill in if needed (vacations, illness).
Take direction from the Floating Crew Supervisor.
This position can lead to a permanent position at a property.
Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
Must be reliable, professional, and organized Must have own basic hand tools Must have driver's license and reliable transportation Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
