Our Technicians will be responsible for cleaning service satisfaction and fostering good relationships specifically with commercial clients.
Technicians will provide specialty services to all commercial clients.
The Commercial Floor Technician will work with the Commercial Sales Representatives to uphold all Commercial Company procedures as well as Stanley Steemer's policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Technicians will provide exceptional carpet, tile, VCT, upholstery, and stone cleaning related services to commercial customers.
The technicians will also be responsible for the maintenance and inventory of company equipment, such as tools, equipment, and chemicals after use.
$17-22/hour.
Wages negotiable and based on experience.
Flexible for day or night shift Two years' experience cleaning VCT, natural stone, tile, grout, upholstery or similar Training and development experience Experience in Janitorial or related Working knowledge of commercial specialty service Drive company vehicles Valid US Drivers license Ability to move and/or lift avg.
