Westover Companies is currently seeking a full time person cleaning person for our Apartment Community in King of Prussia, PA $1000 SIGN ON BONUS Our Comprehensive Benefits Package includes:

Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Performs routine cleaning tasks in apartments, hallways, lobbies, offices, fitness centers, rest rooms and elevators.
Performs grounds inspections and cleans up trash on property.
Share on-call responsibility.
(If applicable) Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have prior cleaning/janitorial experience Demonstrate the appropriate and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
Able to assist with lifting and moving of heavy items (water heaters, appliances, rock salt) Be able to shovel and salt when it snows.
Be able to work on step/extension ladders Keep track of inventory.
Complete work orders in a timely manner.
Identify safety and hazardous conditions.
Follow company operational and safety procedures.
Ability to work an on-call schedule as required to meet the needs of the property.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
