Greet and assist guests.
Answer multiple lines at once.
Answer guests' questions about hotel services.
Use an Ipad.
Introduce and sell hotel services, including amenities and room upgrades.
Manage reservations.
Train new employees.
Keep front desk stocked with ammenities, tools and other extras as needed throughout the shift.
