King of Prussia, PA King of Prussia, PA Full-time Full-time $19 - $23 an hour $19 - $23 an hour 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago A Child's Place is seeking an experienced ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR to help facilitate the billing and tuition of our early learning centers and school-aged programs.
This person is responsible for handling the weekly and monthly billing of student tuition, handling reconciliations, and generating statements.
A Child's Place currently operates three (3) early learning centers and six (6) school-aged programs affiliated with local public school districts in Chester and Bucks county.
SHIFT:
Full Time 40 Hours per week 8:

30p 12 Month Position RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively use computer systems to perform weekly and monthly billing for multi-site childcare company.
Review transactions to customer accounts and resolve payment issues.
Assist in setting up new accounts and maintain account information, generate customer statements.
Send weekly reminder notices and follow up on aging reports.
Answer customer inquiries by telephone or email QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma Required Previous Accounts Receivable experience Preferred.
Familiarity with childcare billing processes Preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills including professional phone skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task
