Responsible for overseeing and conducting technical training, leading the development of training materials and training improvements for the cGMP compliant Manufacturing Training Program for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain departments of a commercial facility at GMS Biopharm UM. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following Collaborate with manufacturing customers and perform learning/skill gap analysis to identify training needs Conduct basic & advanced technical training sessions while applying trainer skills Liaison of Technical Training best practice sharing between Upper Merion and other GSK sites Lead the cross-functional training material creation projects for advanced topic TRPs following adult learning principles, team tools, applicable training procedures and project management tools Supervise, coach and develop the Operations Training team through their various projects Benchmark outside of the organization and analyze various approaches to develop training development tools, practices, guides and templates to facilitate consistency in material development within the group. Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelors Degree. 5
years of cGMP manufacturing or process development/laboratory experience 1
years of training experience, including design, development and delivery of training including instructor-led and e-learning . Preferred

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
