Associate Director, Security Architecture - Corporate at CSL Limited in King Of Prussia, PA
Job Description The Enterprise Security Architecture Lead will direct a global team utilizing a combination of business process analysis and technical knowledge to develop security design deliverables that identify and describe the relationships among business functions, data, applications, and networking technology at various levels.
Responsibilities:
Security Architecture - Corporate Lead the Security Architecture Enterprise capability - ensure the building of hybrid skills across the team, that considers architectures holistically and enforces best practices in enacting Dev-SecOps Incorporate Supply Chain, including Plasma Operations, into the Enterprise model via a defined team function. Lead the process for updating security architecture and continually review and improve it to ensure alignment of business objectives Manage the effort to further enhance the automation of addressing security risks and compliance requirements Identify automation opportunities in the areas like DevOps, Cloud Security, IAM and Security Operations and create use case for implementation Enhance the Cloud Security capability, roadmap and processes based on deployment models Enhance the Application Vulnerability Governance to develop consistent Dev-SecOps across cloud and on-prem environments Identify tools and technology for implementation to manage the dynamic threat landscape and create a security roadmap Responsible for the corporate Establish security controls from end point, in transit, and at rest to other end points End-user Computing Lead the implementation of the End-User Computing Strategy and framework for all lines of business, including manufacturing and R&D. Manage the securitization of user devices in line with CSL security strategy and policies Risk Segmentation and Mitigation Own the risk mitigation strategy and thought leadership within Dev-SecOps Manage the risk classification and specifications as it relates to development across platforms Software, Infrastructure, Platform as a Service (CoE) Lead the effort in developing thought leadership related to securing external services - public, private, hybrid Manage the development and implementation of security protocols for cloud services coordinating across Manufacturing, and R&D Security Architecture Leads. SOC Relationship / Coordination Coordinate and collaborate with the SOC team within Infrastructure Technologies and Operations to ensure the SOC processes are best practice from I&T cybersecurity perspective Responsible of the technology, architecture, roadmap, policies, and standards of common corporate security control systems, e.g., web content filtering, email filtering, NAC, firewall, and EDR. Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, mathematics, etc., Master's degree desirable 10
years IT experience including specific experience in IT security
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
IT Security, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
