Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities 1. Leadership Serve as the marketing lead to globally commercialize the best-in-class transformative gene therapy for Hemophilia B patients. Lead the brand/portfolio responsibility for Congenital Bleeding Disorder Portfolio and drive growth in close collaboration with TA, commercial operations regions and critical partners. Serve as a core member of the Global Launch Team for EtranaDez (GLT) and Product Strategy Team (PST), Evidence and Access Strategy Team (EAST) and commercial management team (CMT) for in-line brands. 2. Strategic Thinking Establish global marketing strategies for the brands and product portfolio of the Hematology therapeutic area. Ensure that defined strategies are applied globally as appropriate and in alignment with the Therapeutic Area strategies and Commercial Operations Regions. Global marketing strategies and key deliverables include:
Development of value proposition for marketed and development products Segmentation, targeting and core global positioning Brand concepts and messages Creative campaign and global brand guidelines Core global marketing programs Yearly update of the Global Brand Strategic Plans 3. R&D partnership Jointly with members of the Therapeutic Area Leadership Team (TALT), identify priority initiatives as appropriate and drive the global implementation. This may include:
Life cycle management Development of business case to drive new product development / new indications Launch strategy for new products/new markets Monitor and drive key product development initiatives in cooperation with R&D via the project management process. Identify, define and assess new development initiatives (i.e. new indications) for existing and potential new products. 4. Execution Provide commercial expertise related to the hematology products and provide relevant training to staff from Commercial Operations Regions where appropriate. Prepare and implement strategies for global hematology conferences. Identify and evaluate global therapeutic area opportunities. Provide critical analysis of own and competitive products in collaboration with internal and external partners (market analysis, sales data analysis, market research, where appropriate) for identification of critical cross-regional marketing trends and opportunities and to formulate marketing and selling strategies and activities in the regions. 5. Collaboration and Internal Networking Maintain or develop strong relationships with key internal groups (including Commercial Operations Regions, R&D, Legal, Finance, Medical Affairs etc.) and with key external groups (Key Opinion, Patient organizations etc.) in order to facilitate internal collaboration and positively position the company externally. 6. Networking External Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders - including physicians, patient associations, industry experts, and professional associations - in order to position the company externally in such a way that reflects positively on the company and its products. Provide input from therapeutic area including competitive intelligence and new medical trends. 7. Operational Excellence Responsible for the effective management and operation of the respective Commercial Development subgroup within the approved budget. Responsible for generation of relevant budget and controlling. Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements Education:
BS/BA required, preferably in a health related discipline. Master's Degree, MBA or other Graduate Degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience (Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Business development), with 6-8 years' of commercial / marketing experience with a proven track and progressively more responsibility. Prior product launch experience preferred. Prior International experience strongly preferred. Competencies:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
