Senior Director Global Marketing - Transplant at CSL Limited in King Of Prussia, PA

The Sr Director, Global Marketing Transplant is responsible for the development and execution of global marketing strategies and tactics across the entire Therapeutic Area (TA). These responsibilities cover both in line brands and pipeline products. This role works closely with regional and country teams to ensure global strategies and tactics are pulled through into the market. This role is also a key member of the Therapeutic Area Leadership Team (TALT), contributing to the cross functional development of TA strategy and individual global product strategies. Develop and implement global marketing strategies and tactics for all in line brands in the TA ensuring optimal value and access. This includes 5-year strategic marketing plans containing brand vision, strategic imperatives and tactical execution plans. Develop comprehensive go to market strategies, aligned with regions and countries, for all pipeline products in the TA which includes:
- Commercial blue prints - Value propositions - Global positioning, concepts and messages - Global marketing materials - Global brand guidelines Ensure critical customer insight and market analysis of our own and competitor products for use in analyzing new product opportunities and defining commercial strategies. Create and use customer driven insights to drive identification of innovative life cycle management opportunities for key brands. Education:
BS/BA required, with strong preference for healthcare specialization. MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
Experience:

years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales/marketing or related experience, including at least 8 years of product management with launch experience and 5 or more years people management experience. Leadership Capabilities:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
