The role is responsible for implementing a reporting framework to ensure that the Ethics & Compliance leadership team and Business leaders receive meaningful, strategic insights as well as flag risk indicators that enable both proactive, preventive and remedial measures to be taken to manage risks and protect CSL's near term, medium term and long-term interests more effectively across all parts of the Company. It includes collation of inputs to include both quantitative and qualitative detail, conducting input due diligence (currency, accuracy, completeness), maintaining data inputs and report repositories and working closely with the EREC teams to collate required SME inputs to draft reports to highlight valuable information, noting trends and patterns in order to inform decisions and identify insights, across all EREC sub functions. The role will proactively and regularly identify opportunities for improvement and value add in existing processes and systems to automate or enhance reporting and analytics by making adjustments or recommendations and implements those in accordance with agreed plans. It keeps up to date with 'best practices and emerging trends in the external environment that may impact CSL and actively brings ideas, risks and issues for discussion at the leadership level. The incumbent will report into the Global Head of EREC Monitoring & Assurance and contribute to the risk and compliance programs execution for all CSL Group companies. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES The EREC reporting & Analytics role is responsible for developing and implementing a strong and robust EREC Reporting framework which provides strong insight to the EREC Leadership team and develops assessment reports and monitoring summaries for approval and sign-off by the Global Head of EREC Monitoring & Assurance, the CRO and EREC Leadership covering CSL enterprise-wide (including Behring, Plasma and Seqirus) and across all businesses and functions. Responsible for executing the EREC Monitoring & Assurance reporting strategy in line with the Global Head of EREC Monitoring and Assurance to meet Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Executive Leadership and Board/ARMC requirements. Supports the re-design of reporting suites that are comprehensive and meaningful for the EREC functions including the development, design and approach for both standardised and ad-hoc reports. Proactively and regularly identifies opportunities for improvement and value add in all areas of the reporting and analytics processes and implements in accordance with agreed plans. The role will refine and improve existing processes and systems to automate or enhance reports by making adjustments or recommendations to support design, build and deliver, with a focus on analytics backed reports. Includes reviewing and reducing unnecessary or non-value add reporting and providing best practice examples of input submissions. Actions new/modified reporting requirements and feedback (e.g., future changes, enhancements, or new reporting requirements). The role will keep up to date with 'best practices and emerging trends in the external environment that may impact CSL and actively brings ideas, risks and issues to the Global Head of EREC Monitoring and Assurance for discussion. Responsible for EREC Reporting and Analytics including collation of inputs to include both quantitative and qualitative detail (e.g. E&C, BCM and Data Privacy risk measures and other metrics), conducting input due diligence (currency, accuracy, completeness) and work with EREC Business Partners and Specialists to collate required SME inputs to draft reports to highlight valuable information, noting trends and patterns in order to inform decisions and identify insights for the Global Head of EREC Monitoring and Assurance, CRO and ERECLT/ governance approval for all EREC functions i.e. Risk/BCM, Ethics & Compliance and Data Privacy. Responsible for consolidation and reporting of CSL Group risk registers, dashboards and other reports, including any reporting out of the CSL Group Risk Management Technology needed for the half yearly ARMC Group Risk report. Includes trend analysis, collation and review of supporting narrative, context and mitigations for any risks reported as red or orange or changing trend as directed by the Global Head of EREC Monitoring & Assurance. Responsible for maintaining the Risk Appetite Statement Key Risk measures input template, collection of all data inputs and consolidation of data for the half yearly ERMC, GLG and ARMC reporting. Includes collation and review of supporting narrative, context and mitigations for any measures reported as red or yellow and assessment of any trends for reporting, as directed by the Global Head of EREC Monitoring & Assurance. Administrator of the Speak Hotline web (access grants, ad hoc training & consultation), coordinates potential enhancements of the web portal with the EREC teams and the external provider. Responsible for drafting all Speak Up Hotline reporting and analytics for bi-monthly Global Legal reports and half yearly ARMC reporting. Supports the Global Head of EREC Monitoring & Assurance to manage and track Speak Up investigations, on an as needed basis for the CCO and the Regional Ethics & Compliance leads. Responsible running and maintaining the Value stream model which is being used for assessing value across the enterprise and building loss model scenarios for insurance. Support the EREC Data Privacy Team by processing the Data Privacy Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) questionnaire and coordinating feedback from vendors. Responsible for collecting and assessing requirements, supports the requirement definition and implementation of processes and solutions (incl assessing technology solutions in collaboration with I&T) to ensure that global EREC documentation and reports are stored appropriately (includes all documentation related to monitoring, testing, tracking, risk assessments, gaps, etc) in a central designated repository. This includes developing and maintaining a library of templates and content. Collaborates closely with the EREC Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) role to develop Third party risk assessment reports, in conjunction with the new TPRM process and technology. Collaborates closely with the EREC Monitoring & Assurance, Risk, Ethics & Compliance and Data Privacy teams in preparing all reports and analytics to ensure that all outputs are relevant and useful. The role will support the responses to audit requests for the global EREC team and track CSL Group status of audit actions and responses as directed by the Global Head of EREC Monitoring and Assurance. Supports the Global Head of EREC Monitoring & Assurance in other projects and responsibilities, as assigned, that may be global in nature or region specific. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or Law; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
5
years' experience in working in reporting and analytics related area of a large global organization. Experience developing sophisticated reports, dashboards, and analytics for large organizations. Experience in the use of tools and/or technology that is used to produce company reports. Experience in a risk related area and in risk management reports and analytics a plus Experience at pharma, biotech or life sciences industry preferred but not required. Fluency in English (both in oral and written communication). Fluency in other languages preferred.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
