The Director of Sales Enablement is a highly visible and strategic position that collaborates with the Commercial Sales Team, Technology, Operations and the Client Account Team to build our proposal strategy and negotiate new and existing business. Will be responsible for driving renewals and supporting, negotiating and helping close new logo pursuits. They will serve as the co-pilot with Client lead for all renewals; including guiding the overall strategy, driving the process, collaborating with operations, engineering, tech and pricing and coordinating all reporting across the organization. They will support key new logo pursuits, helping align-around and negotiate terms and partner with Sales to close deals. Accountable for partnering with Client lead, driving the renewal process, negotiating the terms and closing the deal. Responsibilities include:
Leading the overall renewal / deal strategy; including coordinating terms development and negotiation, drafting initial term sheet, supporting presentation of term sheet to clients, driving the redline process and forcing alignment on terms. Facilitate MSA / Amendment development and negotiation; including collaborating with Legal on draft of agreement, support presentation of agreement and liaising with other BU's to finalize agreement Support handoffs and operationalize the new agreement to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of new terms Collaborating with Sales to align-around and negotiate terms and close new logo pursuits. Collaborating with Sales, Pricing and other business units to align on the terms and protections (SLAs, forecasting requirements, price protections, etc) Managing the entire Term Sheet process (drafting, negotiating, redlining, finalizing) Liaising with sales, legal and other bu's to close the deal Support handoffs and operationalize the new agreement to ensure an efficient and effective launch Responsible for reporting Renewals and Deal Enablement results throughout the organization Support enhancements and optimizations to the current deal processes, materials, etc. Help make it easier to get deals done Requirements:
Background starting in Sales with a high touch in Client Services is preferred Must have experience with client contracts and redlining revisions Strong Interpersonal and communications working with cross functional teams Experience supporting the operations and technology business is helpful. Good computer skills. Bachelor's Degree
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
